Once your form is completed and filed, the Registry will provide the extraprovincial company with documents that confirm the filing.

There are two sets of notifications available for an Extraprovincial Registration.

One notification includes the official registration documents for the Extraprovincial Registration.  These documents are a certificate of registration and a copy of the registration statement.

The second notification is for the attorney(s).  If multiple attorneys have been added, each one will receive a copy of the registration statement.

The method or location for receiving the notification documents must be selected for each party.

Note: Only one notification method is available. Once the documentation has been sent, the method selected cannot be changed. The documentation cannot be requested to be re-sent at a later date. Therefore, it is important to keep your documents in a secure location.
