The Corporate Registry publishes notices to inform the public about certain registry filings.  These include the formation of new BC companies, changes of name, amalgamations, liquidations, dissolutions and restorations.

Corporate Registry notices are published weekly on the BC Laws website.

The information on BC Laws is a notice of the filing.  It is not an official record.  Official copies of documents may be obtained by performing a Company Search.

Filings with a future effective date will not be listed on BC Laws until they become effective.
