Once your form is completed and filed, the Registry will provide the company with documents that confirm the filing.  These documents differ depending on the filing type.  There is no notification for Annual Report filings.

Note: Only one notification method is available. Once the documentation has been sent, the method selected cannot be changed. The documentation cannot be requested to be re-sent at a later date. Therefore, it is important to keep your documents in a secure location.

Select "No notification necessary" if you do not want a copy of the notification documents

This is only available for Notice of Change of Address and Notice of Change of Directors filings.

 Select "Email to the following address" if you want an electronic copy of the notification documents

This is available for Incorporation, Amalgamation, Continuation In, Notice of Alteration, Voluntary Dissolution, Delay of Dissolution or Cancellation, Notice of Change of Address, Notice of Change of Directors, Transition Application and Post Restoration Transition Application filings.

Select "Courier or Service Provider Pick-up"  if you want to pick up your documents

You must enter the name and PHONE NUMBER of the contact person arranging courier or service provider pick-up of your documents.

Select "Mail to the mailing address shown below" if you want your documents mailed to the address shown

The default notification mailing address for BC companies is the Registered Office mailing address.  For extraprovincial companies, it is the Attorney or Head Office mailing address.

Select "Mail the documents to the address I have entered below"  if you want your documents mailed to a different address

Enter the address.
