The effective date must be no more than 10 days after you submit the filing. As well, if you have a name reservation, it must not expire before the effective date you specify. |

All filings with an effective date and time in the future have an additional fee of $100. All fees are non-refundable.
If a company has completed a filing with an effective date in the future, no other documents can be filed for the company until that date and time has passed. |
