• The foreign entity's corporate number, name in the foreign entity's home jurisdiction and date of incorporation, organization or most recent date of amalgamation or continuation.
• Business number (BN9) or director of your corporation
• Head office mailing and delivery addresses and one or more attorneys if the head office is not in British Columbia
• Prior to completing this electronic filing, if your home jurisdiction is outside of Canada, you must submit proof of existence (e.g. certificate of status) certified by the foreign entity?s home jurisdiction by fax to 250-356-8923 or emailing to BCRegistries@gov.bc.ca. Please include your name reservation number.
